New option in Speednet MIS

A New option is added in the Speednet MIS, the new MIS will show the Articles undelivered For more than 5 days. Available in normal speednet MIS as "Articles Undelivered" submenu under "Reports" Menu.

Sir,
Whenevere we click on it this shows some errors but MIS of Undelivered items is not being shown. So please tell any other way to see the said MIS please.
