eMO Receiving Problem

"If eMOs for your office is not received for more than two days and tracking says transmitted to PO you can replace emoclient exe  with the new emoclient exe available in update-1 folder in ftp site.  Then give request resending in the divisional admin login of emo web page.  Still if it is not received it please contact PTC"
