R. Sir,
I have joined India Post as Postal Assistant three years ago on 03-03-2011. When I applied for the post of PA, I had chosen my category as OBC. But as the result of the exam declared, I was the first on merit. So I was said that you are selected for this post against OC category. Now I have applied for mutual transfer to go back to my home division with PA having category OBC. But they are saying that I am not an OBC candidate as I have been selected against OC category. They have not taken any statement or any agreement from me about my selection in OC category. Therefore my transfer procedure is going delay. Please guide me in this matter as I have to go to my home division as of some serious family issue.
